We had an amazing time at this hotel located in the heart of a tropical jungle. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view from the window. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the included drinks with dinner were a nice touch. the sauna and pool area in the center of the sauna world were a perfect relaxation spot after a long day of hiking.
The language barrier with some staff members was a minor inconvenience.

Great lobby and very clean restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The free parking and fast Wi-Fi connection were also a plus. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national park.
The room was outdated and in need of significant renovations. The shower had low water pressure and the air conditioning was not working properly.

The hotel provided a great New Year experience. the location was ideal, close to the hiking trails and easily accessible. the room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and the staff was helpful and well-conducted. Sauna world and bath were a nice addition with long opening hours.
The sauna area could be improved. the design of the jacuzzi in the middle of the saunas made it uncomfortable for those who preferred privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my hikes, and it was a great feeling to come back to the hotel after a long trip and relax in the sauna and pool. The staff were very helpful and showed me everything I needed to know, despite the lack of English signs. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was easy, and transportation to the main town was manageable with taxis. it was a memorable experience, especially during my honeymoon.
It was all superb.
